Phase One

Discover and Map

This phase is about understanding how your business actually works, not how it is supposed to work on paper. I review the tools, talk through the day-to-day, and map the messy handoffs.

Phase Two

Pick the Fixes

Using the map as the starting point, I show what should change first, what can stay, and what is not worth touching. You approve the plan before anything gets built.

  • Recommend what to keep, clean up, connect, or replace
  • Design the cleanup logic for each recurring process
  • Identify where automation would actually save time
  • Present the cleanup plan for your sign-off

Phase Three

Clean Up and Automate

I clean up the process inside your live environment. You see progress as it happens, and everything is tested before handoff.

What I do
  • Configure and connect the approved tools
  • Build automations with Zapier, Make, or n8n
  • Set up automation and helpful prompts where they make sense
  • Test every important handoff from start to finish
What I need from you
  • Admin access to the relevant tools
  • Quick async replies during build phase (under 1 hr/day)
  • Test data to run automations against

Phase Four

Document and Train

The work is only complete when your team can run it without me. I write simple instructions and run a live training session so the handoff is real.

  • Write simple instructions for each cleaned-up process
  • Record a walkthrough video of the cleaned-up setup
  • Run a live training session with your team
  • Answer questions and refine for 7 days post-launch

  • 60-minute team training session
  • Feedback on SOPs within 3 days
